Welcome to Thompson Junior High!

It is an honor to serve as your principal and to be part of a school community with such a strong tradition of supporting students, families, and one another.
 
At Thompson, we believe every student deserves to be known, challenged, supported, and inspired. Our goal is to create a learning environment where students feel a true sense of belonging while developing the knowledge, skills, and confidence they need to thrive in high school and beyond.
 
As principal, I am committed to fostering a school culture built on strong relationships, high expectations, collaboration, and continuous growth. I believe the middle school years are a pivotal time in a young person's life, and it is our responsibility to help students discover their strengths, embrace challenges, and develop into compassionate, resilient leaders.
We know that student success is strongest when schools and families work together. I value open communication and meaningful partnerships with our families and community, and I look forward to building those relationships throughout the school year.
